Registrations and all reservations to the Conference must be made through the online form.
Please be advised that all cancellations and booking changes must be made at least two weeks before the conference. This will allow us to ensure an optimal report and manage reservations and resources effectively.
VISA letters can be asked to the Organizing Secretariat at secretariat@socin2025.it, only after registering for the conference.
The Organizing Secretariat cannot send VISA letters before registration for security reasons.
